Application:

Magnetic DNA/RNA Auto Extraction kit is designed for simultaneous isolation of viral, bacterial, and human DNA and RNA from different sample types for subsequent downstream applications such as reverse transcription and real-time PCR.

Principle:

Guanidine thiocyanate cell lysis and subsequent sorption of nucleic acids on surface of magnetic beads, followed by washing steps and elution of purified nucleic acids.
