Kit use:

• Determination of individual susceptibility to indirect anticoagulants (warfarin) – in conjunction with the Pharmaco-VKORC1 kit.
• For genetic diagnostics of response to loop diuretics and blocking agents of angiotonin II receptors.

Assay principle: Detection of polymorphisms in the CYP2C9 gene by means of real-time PCR.

Polymorphisms detected:

• +430C>T (rs1799853) in CYP2C9 gene
• +1075A>C (rs1057910) in CYP2C9 gene.

Kit content:

• Buffers for PCR
• PCR mixes for analysis of polymorphisms +430C>T and +1075A>C
• DNA Polymerase.

Requirements for analysed DNA sample:10- 500 ng/µL
